Kitzbuehel ZoneKitzbühel is regarded as one of the most important Austrian winter sports centres at the foot of Hahnenkamm mountain (1,712 m) and Kitzbüheler Horn (1,996 m). In conjunction with the slopes and lifts in nearby Kirchberg in Tirol, Jochberg and at Pass Thurn Kitzbühel makes one of the largest connected skiing regions in Austria.


GolfenInKitzVacationers will have 148 kilometres of slopes at their disposal in the region. Additionally there are 40 kilometres of cross-country ski tracks. In summer there are 120 kilometres of tracks to be explored by mountain bike. For hikers there are 500 kilometres of trails. Further attractions include six tennis courts and four golf courses, the Kitzbühel swimming complex, Austria’s only curling hall as well as the Schwarzsee lake.
